The following presentation template deck is available for CoderDojo community members or for anyone who would like to spread the word about CoderDojo. This template is ideal if you are planning to give a presentation to your colleagues, friends, students, or school board about CoderDojo and to encourage them to get involved. You may be planning to set up a Dojo at your workplace or organisation, or trying to recruit new volunteers for an existing club.
You can download the template and edit it to suit the purpose of your presentation, provided that the content is appropriate, aligns with the CoderDojo Charter and is not being used for any type of commercial use. Please state during your presentation that you are acting as an individual and do not represent the CoderDojo Foundation.
The presentation template covers topics such as what is CoderDojo, what is coding, skills developed at a Dojo, a typical Dojo session, what is needed to start a Dojo, resources, and information on the CoderDojo Foundation. There are also some additional blank slides at the end of the presentation which you may wish to use for additional notes.
