Adding a co-champion

If you would like a mentor or other volunteer at your Dojo to be able to log into Zen and help manage the Dojo admin tasks, you can invite them as a co-champion. The person you are inviting will need to have already registered an account on Zen in advance and joined your Dojo as a member.

To invite one of your Dojo members as a co-champion:

• Click the 'manage users' option from the drop-down menu on the top right of your Dojo page.
• You can then enter the email address of the person you would like to invite as co-champion, as shown below.

• The person will then be able to log in to their Zen account and have the same access to the Dojo profile as the champion. The original champion's admin rights remain unchanged.
