Annual national events take place in the UK and the USA, and an international event in Ireland. There are additional Coolest Projects events run by the community in Belgium, Bulgaria, and Romania.
In 2020 the events' locations and dates are;
- Coolest Projects International - Saturday 6th June, RDS, Dublin, Ireland
- Coolest Projects UK - Saturday 4th April, The Sharp Project, Manchester
- Coolest Projects USA - Saturday 7th March, Discovery Cube, Orange County, California
