Coolest Projects is a celebration of creativity, and we welcome project registrations from young people aged 7 to 17, regardless of they age or level of skill. Please see [Article link: Who can register a project at Coolest Projects?] for more information about entry requirements.
Where do I register a project?
To register a project for Coolest Projects International, Coolest Projects North America, or Coolest Projects UK, please visit coolestprojects.org. Registrations usually open in January each year. The deadline for registrations will also be published on the website — please ensure to get your project registered in good time!
If you would like to register a project for another regional event not listed above, please contact the organisers of the regional event for more details.
What information do I need to provide?
When you register a project for Coolest Projects, you usually need to provide personal details including your name, email address, date of birth, and gender (optional). You will also need to provide some information about your project, such as its title, a short description, and the project category you want to enter it for. Lastly, you will also need to provide the name, email address, and phone number of an adult supervisor. All data is handled so that utmost security is ensured.
Can I register an incomplete project?
Yes! Your project does not need to be complete when you register, nor does it need to be 100% finished on the day of the event.
Can I edit my project entry after I have registered?
Yes. After registering your project, there is a window of time during which you can make edits to your project entry, for example to change the project description. The deadline for making edits will be published on the website.
Can I register more than one project?
No, all participants and/or teams can only submit one project in one prize category.
