Once an entity or group has met the initial criteria the below process will commence.
On average it can take up to six months to complete.

- Submit initial information outlining motivations and goals for establishing a regional body. |
2. Due diligence & planning. |
- Template documents. - Sample objectives. - A support call with a Community Lead or Coordinator. |
- Complete the full application form, including objectives for the regional body. - Attend a meeting (virtual or in person) with the CoderDojo Foundation. |
3. Appointment of regional body for an initial twelve-month term. |
- License agreement. - Fundraising toolkit. |

4. Regular check-ins and review with Community Lead or Co-ordinator. |
- A designated point of contact. - Regularly scheduled check-in meetings. - Marketing and promotional materials. - Local introductions. |
- Report on progress against objectives on a regular basis. - Attend meetings (virtual or in person) on a quarterly basis. |
5. Review | - Support in creating new objectives. |
- Attend a review meeting. - Report on progress against plan and objectives. - Provide an annual safeguarding self-assessment - Share learnings and success. |
