As a CoderDojo community member, you may wish to use CoderDojo branding from time to time. You might like to do this if you are creating a website for your Dojo, or designing T-shirts, prizes, posters, flyers, or other materials. You are welcome to download and use the CoderDojo logo, colours, font, and character illustrations, all of which can be found in our style guide. Also within the same style guide is branding for Coolest Projects, which follows a separate colour and font scheme.
Modifying branding
Like most CoderDojo content, you are free to modify the logo for non-commercial use as long as attribution is provided. Specifically, our logo is covered under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0 Unported License.
Many Dojos have created awesome original logos for themselves or modified CoderDojo branding to create their own local variation. Some common modifications include incorporating a local landmark into the logo, using different colours, or adding new mascots which reflect an individual Dojo’s identity. Check some of them out in this blog post. Remember to share your designs with us — we love seeing what our community creates!
