Coolest Projects is a world-leading showcase that empowers and inspires the next generation of digital creators, innovators, changemakers, and entrepreneurs! The flagship event Coolest Projects International is an annual gathering of community members from CoderDojo clubs and Raspberry Pi initiatives around the world. All young people aged 7 to 17 are welcome to register a project and take part. The event takes place in Dublin, Ireland, during May or June of each year. A number of smaller-scale regional Coolest Projects events also take place in the UK, Bulgaria, Belgium, and North America.
Coolest Projects is an opportunity for young people to showcase the projects that they have been working on at their clubs, and to celebrate each other’s achievements. There are prizes to be won, but the focus of the showcase is on creativity and participation rather than on competition. Coolest Projects is a fun and inspiring event for all involved, and in addition to the projects on show, there are typically a variety of activities, workshops, and talks to attend. The event usually concludes with an awards ceremony.
Further information can be found on the Coolest Projects website, including details about registration and upcoming events.
